Studied bookkeeping at Tallinn School of Economics (2 years), average degree 4,5 and Diploma; programming at Institute of Informatics and Computer Science (3 years), which I have finished on year 2007 with average degree 4,3 and Diploma.
1 year worked as programmer and following 10 y. I have got experience at Viasat AS (MTG AB) as Telemarketing specialist (3 months), CRM operator and later Helpdesk&Operation Team Leader, Senior Support Specialist at Business Development Unit for EE/LV/LT/FI (now TV Play Baltics AS), where my main duties were to run and support business processes like invoicing, reminders for debtors, payments control on CRM; participating on business development by performing optimizations on payment processes and reminders, Oracle sql reports automatisation on Pentaho, test of automatisations and CRM upgrades, processes documentation.
1,5 years experience as Support Specialist for Global service desk at Kühne+Nagel IT Service Centre, where i have administrated and provided user support for Confluence Wiki, Box.Com, TYPO3 (backend for web pages) and other internal programs. Have a customer service experience, planning and customer service support experience.
2 months worked at Maxima Eesti OÜ as IT Business Applications Servicing Unit Consultant /Analyst, where i have dealt with business processes and programs investigation, test, documentation, issues handling, prepared new tables with data for TableauServer reports.
