As a owner or co-owner of the folder you can invite collaborators and define different roles for users who will start to use your folder: probably someone will only read without uploading files, someone will have rights to edit files.

Users are allowed to forward email attachments to the folder, only the attachments will be uploaded, not the content of the message.

As an administrator you can simply make statistics, who, when and what did with the files.

You can also delete users, when access is not needed anymore, invite users, you can make an API call and during 60 seconds have full automated administration.
