While i wrote the test task, i decided to let you know more about Maksekeskus, what they deal with.

A letter from customer:

We are planning to sell an e-book through website in Estonia and Finland. The website is not yet ready, we are thinking of using either Wix or WooCommerce platform.

Can customers pay through you if they want to buy e-book from our web page? How does it work? Is it difficult to set up? What are the costs?

An answer:

We would like you to fill the application for membership. It requires URL of existing webshop, your expected number of selling transactions during one month, expected average amount of money(EUR) and other criteries (Please see https://merchant.maksekeskus.ee/signup.html?locale=en).  Unfortunately it is impossible to connect with Wix platform, so we advice you to use WooCommerce plugin (or OpenCart, Mgento, Prestashop, Shoproller.ee, voog.com, MyCachflow.fi, Shopify, Booklux). About WooCommerce and how it can be installed: In case of WooCommerce you can use Omniva, DPD, Itella SmartPOST delivery method in Estonia (outside of Estonia you need to contact the desired company directly and sign a contract with them before the module will be used), use the following payment methods: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, bank link  and Visa/Mastercard card payments. Plugin is available on wordpress.org/plugins/makecommerce. Use min. vers. 2.6. Plugin can be installed on Wordpress new adding plugins dialog box by putting "MakeCommerce" into the search. After installation and activation configure Maksekeskus API in your WordPress back-end:  Your e-commerce platform will be integrated with Maksekeskus via API settings. Settings vary depending on your platform and configurations, but mainly it will include ShopID, Secret key, Publication key, Return URL, Cancel URL and Notifications URL. These parameters can be copied from Maksekeskus Admin environment under "API menu". When your page is ready for selling e-books, it takes up to 2 working days to activate Estonian and Finnish bank links and up to 2 weeks for card payments. About prices: Price list is displayed in Merchant Portal (https://merchant.maksekeskus.ee/login.html) under menu Billing.  There are no connection fee for an agreement, no signup fees. When joining us, you save hundreds euros of agreement fees if you would assign it with the bank. Monthly fees: The standard price for payment methods does not depend on how many different payment methods you have and in how many countries and was there any payment arrived during the month, it will be 10 eur (+ VAT 20%)/month for the account. In case if only estonian bank link will be used - monthly fee is 0 eur. In case of Makecommerce plugin: monthly fee is also 10 eur (+ VAT 20%) + if there were used logistics plugins then additional 5 eur will be added to the monthly fee. If there were no transactions within a month (modules were not used) then the monthly fee will not be changed. There are no monthly fees for test environment transactions. All monthly fees are deducted from merchant’s Maksekeskus account on the last day of the month. Transaction fees: Transaction fee is 2,5% + 0,3 eur per transaction. You do not need to open new bank accounts. We collect your customer's payments and transfer them on next day to any of chosen by you bank account. Via Maksekeskus your customers can pay via bank link in the following banks: Estonia: Swedpank, SEB, Luminor, LHV,  Coop Pank, Pocopay. Finland: Aktia, Alandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Noedea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki.
